What you need to know to claim your warranty
Every CITIZEN healthcare product purchased from authorized reseller comes with warranty giving you protection and peace of mind. The default warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. Kindly fill this form if any quality defect is found in the product within the warranty period.
You must have registered your products online before making warranty claim as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
